Once you Approved the connection & once you logged into TweetMeme you can automatically re-tweet any time you see the re-tweet button without having to log into your Twitter account to re-tweet it, It mean that you can use it with all those external sites that are using the re-tweet button. when you click on a re-tweet button tweetmeme will automate those re-tweets for you.
