Recently Twitter striking new deals in India and Indonesia and today Twitter brings the first of a new type of mobile deal: MMS support for Twitter in the UK.

Today, Orange UK and Twitter started to provide Twitter SMS in U.K. Now after Vodafone and O2, Orange also started it but it has added a first of its kind special enhancement. Orange UK users not only able to send SMS (text messages) but can also able to send picture messages (MMS) to 86444. So now orange user are capable to share their picture instantly via phone in addition to text messages. To fulfill the needs, Orange UK has created a photo sharing site called Snapshot. The best part of this service is that it is incredibly simple to use:

• Take a photo on your Orange mobile phone
  

• Select 'Send via MMS' or 'Send multimedia message'

• Send it to 86444 and to pictures be posted to their tweet streams.

Of Course Twitter does not charge for this service. Orange user not have to pay premium messaging charges just standard messaging rates apply.so It's just like sending and receiving messages with your friends.

To get started just send a text message to 86444 with the word "START.

Don't be the last to know about what's happening with your friends, family or co-workers just because you're away from your computer. You now can subscribe to receive text messages of your friends' status updates directly from their Facebook profiles. This feature was the before, but Facebook user need to subscribe his friends status updates from the" settings" but now you can do directly from profile page.

Twitter launched full, two-way SMS support for Telus, Virgin Mobile, and Koodo Mobile in Canada. All major operators in Canada now the ability to send and receive Twitter updates via SMS & User don't have to pay premium charges for SMS.
