The Eye-Fi Card stores photos & videos like a traditional memory card, and fits in most cameras. When you turn your camera on within range of a configured Wi-Fi network, it wirelessly transfers your photos & videos. Better yet: you can automatically have them sent to your computer (PC or Mac), or to your favorite photo sharing website - or both!
The Eye-Fi Card only connects to Wi-Fi networks, computers and sharing sites. It support many photo sharing websites like Flickr, Facebook, Photobucket, Kodak Gallery & many more. Now Eye-Fi also add support for Video sharing. Now you can share videos to Picasa, Photobucket, SmugMug, YouTube & Flickr. It will automatically upload videos to these sites. Now for you it's very easy to upload your favorite stuff directly from your cam.
For example, say you're heading out on a cross-country road trip, and want to keep a select group of friends and family up-to-date with photos and videos. Instead of having to wait until your trip is finished and your camera connected to your home computer, now you can share an unlisted album with friends as you set out, have your Eye-Fi Explore Video card upload to that specific album, and then hit the road. That way, whenever you're in range of a supported WiFi hotspot, your camera will upload your newest pictures and movies to your vacation album, allowing others to vicariously travel with you.
